• Can I register myself and my child(ren) under the same email address?
Yes, you may. Each participant will receive their own username. If you are registering for more than one participant under the same email address, please use the username provided in the registration email to login
• When can I make a payment?
You can make the payment as soon as you complete the registration process for specific events you want to participate in. Your registration is considered complete once the payment has been received
• I am an artist and there are submission questions that I may not have all the responses to at the moment. What do I do?
The system will save your work as you progress through your submission. You can complete one section and come back again next time to update or complete additional questions. You must complete all the sections within the registration process and submit for your submission to be reviewed by the judges.
Please note that you can make a payment before your submission. This will allow the regional teams to know that you are confirming your participation under the selected category.
• I am a Team Member but I do not see my team?
Please verify that your Team Captain has registered and have created a team. If they have and you are still not able to see the team name, please email illume@iicanada.net
• I am a Team Member; I have selected the team name but my account shows Team name – pending?
Please check with your Team Captain. They must confirm your registration from their registration profile.
• I am a Team Captain, what is my responsibility?
The Team Captain has the following responsibilities:
• Register online
• Create a team (team name will be required)
• Inform the team members of the team name
• Approve team members from your registration profile to include them in your team
• Submit all the documents that you are participating in on behalf of the team
• I am playing doubles but do not have a partner. What do I do?
Select the sport, in this case, doubles badminton (for example). On the next page, the system will ask you if you know the details of the athlete you will be playing with. Please answer No and complete the registration process. The regional team will assign an athlete for you
• When do I make the payment for the sports I am playing?
You can make the payment as soon as you confirm your intent of participation in sports. Please go to the payment page and make the payment.
• I am unable to make payments. The checkout button is greyed out.
Please ensure that you have answered the financial assistance question and have clicked on the event that you want to make the payment for and then click Checkout. If you are still encountering issues, please provide a screenshot of the issue and send it to illume@iicanada.net. Please also include the browser and the operating system you are using so we can debug the issue.
• How do I get receipts of my payment?
The receipts are emailed once the payment is made. You can also see the receipts on the payment tab on your profile.
